If you want to override the 0% scaling with a higher monitor match or viewspeed, you can use a DPI script in Logitech Gaming Software (I have attached mine), but it will only be accurate to the FOV that you choose (I recommend 53 FOV, between AR and SMG), scopes will be a little slower and pistols a little faster.
If you convert from your COD 4 (80 FOV ?) sensitivity using 0% to BO2 (90 FOV ?), you will find that your COD 4 AR (50 FOV) and SMG (55 FOV) will have the exact same sensitivity as BO2.
The base sensitivity for WAW, BO1, BO2 doesn't scale 0% from 65 FOV though, you just put in the normal sensitivity, which will be the same value used for Quake, Titanfall, etc. Most scale from 4:3 65 FOV, including the base sensitivity that you set for hipfire. Yep, all COD games use 0% monitor match scaling.
